My Honest Thoughts - Should You Buy Kaizen Pasta?

Personally, I am a fan of Kaizen pasta. More often than not, I have rice as a source of carbs to pair with chicken or ground turkey and veggies, and it would be nice to switch things up.

In the past, I have tried to enjoy pasta in a low-calorie meal, and the portion size was just too small to be worth it. I would finish the meal and feel unsatisfied, wishing I had spent those precious calories on another food source. Now, I can still have pasta and feel good knowing that it is contributing to my goals of losing weight and building muscle.

If you are concerned that the pasta will be different from typical pasta, I will say it is a bit. While the noodles are boiling, you will notice that the foam turns a yellowish color. The pasta is also softer than other brands, but it tastes the same — for me, that is what matters the most!
