How long have I been looking for something like this? Maybe forever. I have started doing a lot more research on specific vitamins and minerals, what their best sources are, and how to consume them through something that actually tastes good! I have been experimenting for a while and finally found something that I consider to be magical. Yes, it is fairly simple, but it makes my body feel so good!

I have been drinking this smoothie every day for the past two weeks, and what I listed above are the changes I have noticed because of it. I believe this is because I have been not giving my body the sufficient amounts of nutrients that it needs. And now that I am, both my body and brain are functioning better than ever!

2 bananas
1 c strawberries
1 c almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds
1 c kale
So much goodness, yet so simple.
