Overall, I really am a fan of this product! There are many companies trying to create high-protein foods, and they can be hit or miss. I wasn’t sure about high-protein pretzels, but I am glad I gave them a try.

While a single serving of the pretzels contains 15 to 16 grams of protein, you can enjoy the whole package and get 27 to 28 grams of protein in 190 to 210 calories. That is almost comparable to protein shakes, and it has fewer calories and more protein than the majority of protein bars. This makes Crisp Power’s protein pretzels not only a delicious and nutritious snack but also a potential supplement replacement.

However, one bag costs $3.49, which some people may consider a bit expensive. Considering the protein in one bag, I think the price is justifiable, but it is more costly than a scoop of protein powder or a protein bar, so that is something to keep in mind.
